Participation Map

Clubs, hospitals,organizations and individuals are registering on a regular basis. This map depicts a 'snapshot' in time of those who have embraced this project.

Every member Club, Hospital, Clinic, and Health Care Facility must register via the Sign Up page on this website to participate in the ClubsHELP program in order for us to make a fast connection. It is critical to complete all of our data fields to populate the visual map pins. We strive to make our connections quickly and efficiently. We are currently focusing our outreach recruiting in the hotspot regions and naturally, this is evidenced on the map. We are adding Clubs and large Hospital Group daily. If you don't see your club on the map, please Sign Up to nominate your club. We confirm data integrity and upload the map pins regularly.
